What I have used.
I have used Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat for email, meeting preparation, proposals, slides and Excel reports. This is user experience, rather than implementation or training experience.

A client meeting creates notes, decisions, questions and a follow-up. I chose Microsoft 365 Copilot because I have used it in this everyday work, and I want to show where it helps and where I still need to check.
In leasing, a meeting often leads to a pricing discussion, a proposal and several follow-ups. That is my practical starting point.

When a customer asks where to start with AI, I would ask which task repeats every week, who does it and how long it takes. Then we can choose a useful pilot and measure it.
The benefit I would test is less time collecting information and preparing first drafts, with acceptable output quality. I would include time spent checking and correcting the result. A high number of prompts is not the main measure of success.
Ask. Summarise. Draft.
A starting point for eligible users. Availability and capabilities depend on the customer’s account and licence. Check what work content and tools are available before promising a use case.
Work inside everyday apps.
Supports work in Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. It can use work content within the user’s permissions. Existing access rules still need attention.
Build a specific agent.
Design an agent around defined knowledge and workflows. A Microsoft 365 Copilot licence does not mean every agent, connector or usage charge is included.
For a first conversation, I would focus on which roles have enough repeated work to justify the cost. YVS should confirm the customer’s existing subscription, expected agent usage and implementation needs before a commercial proposal.

Demo Company needs space for 25 workstations. Its budget and move-in date are still to be confirmed.
My next actions: send a floor plan and a service-charge breakdown. No rent or reservation has been approved.
The scenario is invented for this presentation. It is not a Canon, Sharp or other tenant record.
The notes tell me what the customer needs, what is still unknown and what I should do next. A draft should preserve those distinctions.
Draft a short follow-up email after this office viewing. Thank the customer, summarise the confirmed requirements and list my next actions. Leave budget and timing as open questions. Do not invent commercial terms or a reservation.
Thank you for discussing your requirement for 25 workstations. I will send the floor plan and service-charge breakdown.
We have reserved the space for you at your agreed budget.

Please confirm your target budget and move-in date so we can assess the options together.
Ready for human review. This is a scripted illustration.
Teams can help an account manager review meeting decisions and actions. Word and PowerPoint can support first drafts of proposals. Excel can help explore a structured table. In each case, I would check the result against the original information and agree an output-quality measure for the pilot.
In Dynamics 365 Sales, Copilot can support opportunity summaries, email and meeting preparation. Microsoft has also introduced agents for selected ERP steps. The app, region, configuration and usage charges need to be checked. If the task involves customer, finance or inventory data, I would bring in a YVS consultant and agree where a person must review the result.
Three-year ROI for a composite organisation in the March 2025 Forrester TEI study commissioned by Microsoft. It is not a guaranteed customer result.
Per user, in the same Forrester study. The assumptions and costs belong to that model and need to be assessed for each customer.
From the UK government experiment with around 20,000 staff, conducted September to December 2024 and reported in June 2025.
Adoption figures answer a different question from ROI. I would use research to justify testing a use case, then record the customer’s own baseline. Time saved only matters if the task is completed to an acceptable standard and the costs are understood.
Copilot works within existing permissions. Over-shared files need attention before rollout. Check sensitive information and who can access it.
Users need clear tasks and short practice sessions in their own roles. A person must check important facts and financial or commercial decisions.
Include licences, agent usage, training and review time. If correction work increases, a faster first draft may not mean a better result.
YVS and the customer check permissions, name a process owner and choose a small pilot group. Record current task time and output quality before rollout.
A proposed pilot approach by Ivan. Duration, scope and success criteria need customer and YVS agreement.
The lead came through a broker relationship I developed. Several stakeholders needed different information. I kept the broker and building team coordinated through the decision cycle until a new lease was signed.
The price was above budget. I compared alternatives and worked with management on a revised commercial proposal. We agreed on a new price and signed.
For existing customers, a readiness discussion can identify where Copilot fits their current work. For new customers, it may reveal a wider CRM or ERP problem. My role is to find the need, understand the buying process and agree a useful next step.
I would rely on consultants for product and architecture commitments. I am learning ERP; I would be transparent about that while taking responsibility for prospecting, qualification and coordination.
Thank you, Mr. Ha and Mr. Quang. I would welcome your questions about how this approach fits the expectations for a new BDM at YVS.
